Christianity is the leading religion in the world. It began when a man called Jesus came into the world about two millenniums ago. Christ was from a Jew born into the family of Mary and Joseph who was Judaism adherents.

Jesus came as a human being though he was God. He has come in the world with one sole mission. Christian believers behold a personal bond with their maker which makes their religion different from others. Christians believe that when they go through hard times, God uses it to refine their character. Believers in Christian faith are also exhorted to love one another and to forgive each other freely.

Christians attend church on Sundays. Attending church service is an important aspect in Christian faith. It is a refueling center where Christians go every week to receive spiritual nourishment and exhortations which help them to live healthily. The church is believed to be the body of Christ, and thus they have faith in the same God even if there are many denominations.
